Voices of University Governance

Voices of University Governance is a flagship knowledge initiative of the Punjab Universities & Colleges Association (PUCA), curated to highlight the perspectives and experiences of key institutional leaders across the higher education ecosystem. The initiative brings together Registrars, Controllers of Examinations, Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), HR Heads, IQAC Coordinators, Heads of International Affairs, and other senior administrators.

Through structured panel discussions, expert conversations, and in-depth interviews, the series examines critical governance issues, operational challenges, best practices, and emerging trends influencing universities and colleges in India. The initiative provides a practical and policy-relevant lens on how institutions can strengthen governance, compliance, quality assurance, and institutional effectiveness.

Each session is professionally recorded and archived in PUCA’s knowledge repository, creating a growing digital resource that supports peer learning, leadership development, and informed policy dialogue among member institutions.
