We are dedicated to bringing innovation, opportunities, and quality education to the students of Bihar and, in the coming phases, to the North East and other potential regions across India.

With your continued support, PUCA has earned the trust of students, academic institutions, and various government bodies. We remain committed to advancing not only higher education but also the overall academic infrastructure and student welfare in Punjab and beyond.

Punjab and Bihar share a deep historical and cultural bond. It is noteworthy that one of the revered Akal Takhts, Takht Sri Patna Sahib, is located in Bihar, symbolizing the longstanding spiritual and social connection between the two states. The people of Bihar have also made valuable contributions to Punjab’s agricultural and social landscape, especially during the Green Revolution.
